Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:27 AM, Troopers arrested Emily A. Bugler, age 40, of 65 New Road, East Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Driving after denial, suspension, or revocation of license - 4th and Subsequent originating out of the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and East Providence Police locating Bugler. Bugler was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for Arraignment.

At 10:01 AM, Troopers arrested Mirian Mazuelos, age 48, of 100 Burns Street, Apartment #2A, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting - 2nd Offense, originating, out of the Warwick Police Department. 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original Charge of Driving with Suspended/ Revoked/ Canceled License, originating out of the North Providence Police Department and 3) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Expired or Without a License originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mazuelos was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for Arraignment.

At 11:17 AM, Troopers arrested David Perkins, age 21, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Simple Assault, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Perkins was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Providence Police Department.

At 12:08 PM, Troopers arrested David Delomba, age 38 of 662 Hartford Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for a 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Scheduled I to V Controlled Substance and 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hawkins Street in the City of Providence. Delomba was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for Arraignment.

At 12:44 AM, Troopers arrested Johnathan Brito, age 21, of 418 Webster Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence - Simple Assault - First Offense and 2.) Domestic Disorderly - First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a disabled motor vehicle on Route 10 North in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
