Recycling & Waste

Last year, the county collected just over 123,500 pounds of household hazardous waste from 1,400 residents and businesses. Since its inception in 1998, the program has safely disposed of 2.5 million pounds of hazardous waste.

Cumberland County Recycling & Waste will offer special collection days in 2025. A licensed hazardous waste contractor will receive hazardous materials from residents by appointment only.

Thursday | April 10 | 11am -5pm

Saturday | May 31 | 9am -3pm

Saturday | August 16 | 9am - 3pm

Thursday | October 23 | 11am -5pm
