Bank appraisals on housing increased 20 euros to 1,580 Euros per square meter

The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,580 per square meter in March 2024, €20 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.3%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 6.5% (5.5% in February 2024). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals increased by 7.8% compared to the previous period to around 30.5 thousand, 40.9% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
