As the snow disappears, pet waste appears and it's time to start thinking about cleaning your yard. There are two convenient locations available on certain weekends in April to help you safely dispose of your pet's waste for free.
Please remember to double bag all pet waste to prevent harmful bacteria from spreading.
Howard Pew Memorial Park in Waterways
Centerfire Place in Thickwood
Accepted items for drop-off include fecal matter, kitty litter, training pads, soiled wood chips and newspapers - all free of charge!
Please remember that pet waste is not allowed in any of your curbside bins. Household pet waste is also not allowed in parks, trails and transit bins. Only small amounts of pet waste from walks can be disposed of in these bins.
