On September 27, 2023, SecureTech Innovations, Inc. ("SecureTech") issued 9,142 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, to two investors in exchange for $16,000.00 in cash, or about $1.75 per Share.
Proceeds from the sale of these shares will be used for general working capital.
As of September 28, 2023, SecureTech had 79,859,655 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
