Memorial Day 2023 - Annual Parade Will be Monday, May 29th at 11 am in Downtown Auburn

Come celebrate this Memorial Day, Monday, May 29th, 2023 with the City of Auburn's Annual Memorial Day Parade taking place on Genesee Street at 11am. After the parade, enjoy an added performance by Downbeat Percussion in Market Street Park. The wreath laying ceremony takes place following the end of the parade at noon at Veteran's Memorial Park.
For lunch, check out Auburn Downtown BID's Food Truck Rodeo on Market Street. Mobile food vendors include Tonzi's Catering Co., Leo's Donut Factory, and Silver Street Kettle Corn Co. with more still being added. Plus enjoy adult beverage vending with Next Chapter Brewpub.

11am - Parade begins at Fulton Street and Genesee Street marches west through downtown Auburn and ends in the vicinity of Veterans Memorial Park.

Noon - Immediately following the parade there will be a wreath placing ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park hosted by Mayor Quill and City Council

12:30 pm - Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy your lunch with LIVE MUSIC! Cruise Control performs from 12:30 pm until 2:30 pm under the Market Street band shell! Tomato Fest and the Ancient Order of the Hibernians have taken over for the Kiwanis in order to bring back the much loved community event to Auburn. The Auburn BID Food Truck Rodeo will be set up and happening throughout the parade and duck derby.

Parade: This year's parade will take place on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, 2023. Parade lineup begins at 10:30am on Genesee Street, east of Fulton Street. Parade moves out promptly at 11:00am, traveling westward, and concludes at Veteran's Park. Parade Participants will receive the Parade Orders via email a few days prior to the parade.
