Senior Chinese legislator meets with delegation of Hungarian National Assembly

On April 15, Xiao Jie, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, met with a delegation led by Zoltan Vajda, chairperson of the Committee on the Budget of the Hungarian National Assembly, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

The two sides exchanged in-depth views on enhancing cooperation and exchanges between the legislative bodies, specialized committees, and administrative agencies of China and Hungary in such areas as legislation and budget scrutiny and supervision.
