Delegation returns from ISBA-sponsored trip to Havana, Cuba

A delegation of 28 individuals recently returned from an ISBA-sponsored trip to Havana, Cuba. While in Cuba between April 18-22, the delegation learned about the rule of law as part of Cuban reforms, the legal and diplomatic perspectives of the U.S - Cuba relations, and were introduced to the Cuban legal system and principles. Among the delegation were ISBA members Dustin Coffman, Andrew Steffensmeier, and William Rings, shown below riding along the Havana Malecon in a classic Chevy Bel Air.
