Audrey Strauss Receives Torch of Learning Award from American Friends of the Hebrew University

American Friends of the Hebrew University named senior counsel Audrey Strauss as a recipient of its George A. Katz Torch of Learning Award, which recognizes outstanding lawyers who have made a significant impact in the legal profession and in the broader community. Presented annually to distinguished members of the New York legal community, the Torch of Learning Award is dedicated in memory of the late George A. Katz (z"l), co-founder of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Strauss and co-recipient Roberta (Robbie) Kaplan, founding partner of Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP, will be celebrated at the 53rd Annual George A. Katz Torch of Learning Award Luncheon on May 18, 2023. Support for the event will benefit the Hebrew University Faculty of Law, educating future leaders and the mission of American Friends.
