Hudson Man Arrested For Sex Crimes

On May 2, 2024, the New York State Police in Kinderhook arrested James D. Konderwich, age 21, of Hudson, NY, for Sexual Abuse in the 2^nd degree, Forcible Touching, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all class A misdemeanors.

Troopers were called to Hannaford in the town of Kinderhook and Cumberland Farms in the village of Valatie for reports of a male forcibly touching women. Investigation determined Konderwich grabbed two victims for sexual purposes, one being a minor.

Konderwich was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Kinderhook Court on May 28, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
