Meeting of the working groups of the Joint Uzbekistan-Kyrgyz Republic Demarcation Commission

From March 4 to 8, 2024, Osh hosted the next meeting of the working groups of the Joint Uzbekistan-Kyrgyz Republic Demarcation Commission.

During the meeting, the sides summed up the results of the activity in 2023 and approved the schedule of the meetings for 2024. The parties discussed issues of the demarcation of the state border, creation of demarcation maps and a special geodetic network.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.

Following the event, a corresponding Protocol was signed.

Next meeting of the working groups will held in Uzbekistan.
