Willkie represented Longbow Capital Inc. in connection with co-investments made by strategic U.S.-based institutional and non-institutional co-investors into U.S. special purpose co-investment vehicles managed by Longbow. The special purpose vehicles pool co-investments in VoltaGrid LLC, a portfolio company of Longbow. The co-investments were completed on September 15, 2023.
VoltaGrid in the business of providing power and fuel solutions for remote and grid-paralleling applications and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Longbow Capital is a Canadian-based private equity firm that invests in energy and energy transition-related companies.
