St. Davids, PA: Eastern University's College of Business & Leadership is thrilled to host its 2nd bi-annual Leadership Transformation Summit. The summit will help prepare the next generation of business talent to overcome modern-day challenges and develop the skills needed to transform the business landscape. The summit will take place virtually on October 3, 2024, from 12-1 pm and is free for anyone interested in attending.
Renowned workplace leadership and HR expert Paul Falconewill be the keynote speaker at the event. Falcone's expertise includes effective hiring, performance management, leadership development, and more. During his decades-long career, he has held Human Resource Executive roles at Paramount Pictures, NBCUniversal, Time Warner, and other notable corporations. He specializes in helping companies build high-performing leadership teams. Notably, he is also a bestselling authorof multiple books on topics spanning the HR leadership space and a long-term contributor to HR Magazine.
Tune in to hear Falcone's insights on how leaders can cut through the noise of modern society, between the constant buzzing of phones, social media, hundreds of emails, political tension, and more, and focus on the growth and success of their team members.
