Prison inmate Randall Overman dies

CORALVILLE, Iowa - Randall Lee Overman was pronounced dead due to natural causes at 8:35 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2024 in a hospice room at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center. Overman was 76 years old at the time of his death.

Overman had been serving a life sentence for the crime of Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree from Dallas County. His sentence began on June 19, 2007.
