Apply for Larkspur’s New Rent Review Board

Applications are currently being accepted for Larkspur's Rent Review Board. If you are interested in applying, please complete an application and return it to the City Clerk at [email protected]. Applications are due May 27, 2024, and interviews with the City Council are tentatively scheduled for the evening of June 5, 2024 (this date is subject to change).

The Rent Review Board is a new Larkspur board created by Ordinance 1067, the Rent Stabilization Ordinance, that recently went into effect. The City Council will appoint 5 members to the Rent Review Board consisting of 2 owners of residential property in Larkspur who actively rent property to residential tenants, 2 tenants of residential property who reside in Larkspur, and 1 resident who is neither an owner of residential rental property nor a tenant of residential property. Members will serve a four year term.
