WASHINGTON - Treasury Under Secretary for International Affairs Jay Shambaugh met today with Argentine Presidential Chief of Staff Nicolás Posse. They discussed the government's progress toward the stabilization of the Argentine economy. Under Secretary Shambaugh welcomed the government's strong reform efforts before the IMF Executive Board's consideration of the 7^th review of Argentina's Fund program.
