With over 20 years' experience in restructuring I am fortunate to have worked across a broad range of sectors including independent schools, hospitality, retail, care homes, food and beverage, automotive, facilities management and logistics, and manufacturing.

When times are challenging, robust scenario planning, effective remodelling and realistic financial forecasting can help businesses to set a clear purpose, whilst optimising their performance and structure to ultimately achieve their objectives and fulfil stakeholder requirements. I have vast experience in helping businesses, boards and business owners, together with banks, lenders and investors,to address highly sensitive and problematic commercially distressed organisations. My key focus is to ensure these organisations develop granular and measurable insights about their future.

When cash flow is under pressure, the ability to be able to quickly access an effective network of lenders, investors and funding sources has proved important and valuable. I am proud of my team's excellent market knowledge and track record, to swiftly find the right solution for a business.

Highly experienced in restructuring and insolvency my team are located across the South Region and working together, we help business leaders produce and, importantly, implement plans that deliver in line with stakeholder expectations.

Where necessary, to maximise such stakeholder value, I take insolvency appointments with the key intention to help protect a business, its employees, customers, suppliers, lenders and other creditors.

Outside of work, I enjoy Eastern philosophy and yoga; all those headstands help me to view the world of business from a different angle. Trust me perspective is very important in a crisis!
