In "Voices of Inclusion - PRIDE Conversations", a series of four videos produced in partnership with têtu, France's leading LGBTI+ media outlet, Antoni Porowski, LVMH's special envoy, meets the Group's employees in Paris, London, New York and Singapore, who are committed on a daily basis to greater Diversity and Inclusion.

In line with this series, all LVMH employees are invited to select the one action that they feel has had the greatest impact among the dozens of LGBTI+ inclusion initiatives carried out within the Group so that it can be honored!

Resonating with "People Make the Difference", the unifying theme of LVMH's human resources policy, the Group is once again mobilizing its entire organization at every level of the hierarchy to promote the diversity on which its creativity is based and thus ensure the inclusion of all, to guarantee that everyone can feel free to express their full potential at all stages and dimensions of their career.
