Board of University and School Lands Policy Changes Public Comment Period
The proposed Board of University and School Lands Policy (Board Policy) changes were presented to the Board for the first reading in public at the regular April meeting. Written comments on the proposed Board policy changes may be sent to office of Department of Trust Lands, 1707 North 9th Street, Bismarck, ND 58501 or sent in email format to [email protected]by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 20th, 2024 to be considered.<_o3a_p>
The second reading of the proposed rule changes will be presented to the Board at the next regular meeting, on May 30th, 2024.<_o3a_p>
