Oak Street Health Opens Fourth Center in Albuquerque

Value-based Primary Care Leader Avances Mission to Rebuild Healthcare as it Should Be in New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - January 20, 2022 - Oak Street Health (NYSE: OSH), a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare, is now welcoming patients at the new Rio Bravo center at 1625 Rio Bravo Blvd SW, Suite 36 in Albuquerque. This opening marks the fourth Oak Street Health center in the Albuquerque area. The Company entered Albuquerque with the opening of its Zuni Road in September followed by the additions of the Atrisco and Fourth Street centers before the close of 2021.
