Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Pegasus Home Fashions, Inc., a New Jersey-based manufacturer and distributor of poly-filled pillows. Pegasus filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company reports $100 million to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
