May 6, 2024 - Celebrate Independence Day in Belmar Downtown Lakewood! Join the City of Lakewood and Belmar Downtown for a night to remember at a vibrant community celebration on Wednesday, July 3 from 5 to 10 p.m.

Get ready for an evening filled with excitement and fun for all ages. Bring your dancing shoes to enjoy the live band, little ones will be entertained with kids' activities, a diverse range of local vendors will showcase unique goods, and a wide variety of food and drinks will satisfy any craving.

The highlight of the night will be a spectacular drone light show, taking place at approximately 9:15 p.m., rain or shine. This year's show promises to be bigger and better than before. Witness a fleet of 300 cutting-edge drones adorned with state-of-the-art LED lights and prepare to be amazed as they illuminate the night with a stunning array of colors and effects. Due to popular demand, the drone light show will be extended this year, providing an unforgettable experience for all.
