Notice of Special Meeting Squamish-Lillooet Regional District Board - May 16, 2024

A Special Meeting of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) Board will be held on Thursday May 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the SLRD Administration Building, 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, BC (the "Meeting Location").

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider (in Closed session) matters under section 90(1)(c) [labour relations] of the Community Charter.

The meeting agenda will be posted on the SLRD websit e at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The meeting will be conducted by means of electronic or other communications facilities at the Meeting Location. Except for any part of the meeting that is closed to the public, the electronic or other communications facilities will enable the public:

• to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting; and
• to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting at the Meeting Location.

Livestreaming of the meeting (and an on-demand recording of the meeting) will be available on the SLRD website.

The SLRD's Communicable Disease Prevention Plan Policy [PDF/340KB] is in effect at the SLRD Administration Office, including in the Boardroom where Board meetings are held. Masks are no longer required and are now a matter of personal choice by those attending in-person. Public viewing of this Board meeting is also available by electronic means.
