Members of the Federal Finance Court visit the Federal Constitutional Court

On 13 February 2023, a delegation from the Federal Finance Court (Bundesfinanzhof) headed by its President, Dr. Hans-Josef Thesling, visited the Federal Constitutional Court. The guests were received by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other members of the Court. The topics discussed in the working sessions included the exhaustion of remedies, preliminary legal protection in cases where the constitutionality of a provision relevant to the dispute is uncertain, and the implementation of e-filing and electronic case management.
