Albany County - The Town of Bethlehem, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Carson Power LLC/River Road Solar A LLC & River Road Solar B LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for approval of a Special Use Permit/Site Plan application to construct two 5MW ground mounted solar generation arrays. The property is approximately 91.5 acres and is zoned Rural Light Industrial (RLI). The project is located at 285 River Road in Glenmont, Town of Bethlehem, New York.
