Holiday Hours - Independence Day 2022

(June 28, 2022) In observance of the Fourth of July holiday and the Frisco Freedom Fest event on July 3 & 4, the City of Frisco government offices will be closed Monday, July 4. Regular hours resume Tuesday, July 5. Please see the list below for closings or special hours for other city services.

CITY HALL & OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES July 4 - CLOSED

FRISCO PUBLIC LIBRARY July 2, 3 & 4 - CLOSED. The library reopens Tuesday, July 5 at 9 a.m. The book return behind the building will remain open for returns.

FRISCO FIRE SAFETY TOWN & CENTRAL FIRE ADMINISTRATION July 4 - CLOSED

FRISCO MUNICIPAL COURT July 4 - CLOSED

FRISCO HERITAGE MUSEUM July 4 - CLOSED

FRISCO DISCOVERY CENTER July 4 - CLOSED

THE GROVE AT FRISCO COMMONS July 2, 3 & 4 - CLOSED. The Grove reopens on Tuesday, July 5 for normal hours. See calendar of events.

FRISCO ATHLETIC CENTER July 4 - Open normal hours; See PlayFrisco.org for full facility details.

  • July 4 - General Facility Hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Frisco Water Park: 12. to 6 p.m.

RECYCLING & TRASH CURBSIDE COLLECTION In recognition of Independence Day, your weekly curbside services (recycling, trash, and yard waste) will be delayed by one day. If your service day is usually Monday, your refuse will be collected Tuesday, July 5. If your service day is Tuesday, your refuse will be collected Wednesday, July 6, etc. Services will resume normal schedule Monday, July 11. See our Holiday Hours page for more information.

The Environmental Services offices and the Environmental Collection Center WILL BOTH BE CLOSED in observance of Independence Day on Monday, July 4.
