Hex Inverting Schmitt Trigger From Nexperia in Stock at TTI

Fort Worth, Texas - December 8, 2021 - TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, has stock for immediate shipment of the 74HC14D Hex Inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs from Nexperia. This device features reduced input threshold levels to allow interfacing to TTL logic levels. Inputs also include clamp diodes which enable the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. The 74HC14D has high noise immunity and a wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V. The 74HC14D is packaged in the compact 14-lead SO14 package.
