New York State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan Draft Amendment No. 1
to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024 Intended Use Plan (IUP)

FFY 2024 DWSRF Intended Use Plan Amendment:

DWSRF No. 17629: Town of Essex, Essex County. The project cost as listed in the DWSRF IUP is increased to a total project cost of $1,800,000 for a project scope and cost increase.

DWSRF No. 18854: Town of Romulus, Seneca County. This project's score was increased from 40 to 80 to account for a disinfection by-product violation.

Public Review and Comment On Draft Amendment No. 1

The New York State Department of Health will accept comments on Amendment No. 1 to the FFY 2024 DWSRF IUP by email until 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday January 10, 2024. Comments should be addressed to the contact listed below. Please reference "IUP Amendment Comment" in the subject line of any e-mailed comments.
