Citi Becomes an Official Partner of the Wheelchair Basketball Federation of Puerto Rico

San Juan, PR, May 06th, 2024 - The Wheelchair Basketball Federation of Puerto Rico (FEBASIRU) and Citi Puerto Rico have partnered to promote Para sport in the country, and, at the same time, help change the perceptions of people with disabilities.

Citi will sponsor projects that helps enable physical education among individuals with disabilities and further promote a culture of inclusivity in the country, while also supporting Puerto Rico's Wheelchair Basketball Federation as they continue to climb up the world rankings with an eye on qualifying for the Paris 2024 Games.

Over recent years, Citi has become a valued supporter of Para sports and Para athletes, inspiring athletes and fans across the globe while raising awareness and excitement for Para sports through supporting National Paralympic Committees, International Federations, and sport development programs.
