/KASE, April 29, 2024/ - Aidarly Project JSC (Zhezqazgan), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 29, 2024 at 10:00 o'clock, with the following agenda: 1) report of the executive body of the company on the results of financial and economic activities for 2023; 2) approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2023; 3) determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for the past financial year and the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company; 4) about shareholders' claims on actions of the company and its executives and the results of their consideration; 5) on the amount and composition of remuneration for members of the Board of Directors and the executive body of the company; 6) choosing an auditing organization for 2024.
