Willkie Advises Summa Equity on Acquisition of FAST LTA

Willkie advised Summa Equity AB on the acquisition of a majority stake in FAST LTA GmbH, a leading German provider of secure data storage and archiving solutions.

On May 2, Summa announced that it invested in FAST LTA with the goal of building a new sustainable champion in secure and compliant data storage.

Summa Equity, headquartered in Stockholm, is a thematic investment firm focused on investments in companies that address global challenges.
