RCMP arrest 38 year old for assault, forcible confinement and arson.

March 18, 2024, Argyle Shore - Queens District RCMP responded to a report of an assault on March 16^th at 11:00p.m. in Argyle Shore. While responding to this incident a fire was observed at a nearby seasonal residence. 38 year old Michael Ulvstal of Belle River PEI was arrested at the scene and has been charged with assault, forcible confinement and arson. He will appear in Charlottetown Provincial Court to answer to these charges on March 27^th.
