The City Council of Uusikaupunki decided in its meeting on January 29, 2024, on the reorganization of the services of the Service Point Passari. The arrangement aims to keep services easily accessible to the residents and to make more efficient use of the city's personnel resources.
Starting from March 1, 2024, Service Point Passari will move to the fourth floor of civic centre Mörne. Passari will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 3 PM, as well as by appointment.
With the reorganization of services, non-statutory functions of Passari will be reduced. In the future, lost and found items must always be delivered to the police station, and Passari will no longer sell books.
When Passari is closed, the harbor customer service will assist with key matters within the harbor's opening hours.

With the change, the role of the library as a center for resident advice is strengthened. Advice, guidance, digital support services, and printing and copying services will henceforth be available from the city's main library. The library also has customer terminals for use. Sales and reloading of Seutu+ travel cards will move to the library.
The city's tourist office will operate in the familiar location at the Town Hall (Rauhankatu 10) for the upcoming summer season 2024.
The tourist office will also sell recreational fishing licenses for the city's water areas.
