David Weekley Homes Opens for Sales in Waterset Classic Series

The Stratum, a new David Weekley model home, is open for tours in Waterset Classic Series.

Tampa, FL (March 26, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is now selling in a new section of the Apollo Beach, FL, community of Waterset. The builder recently opened its new model home, The Stratum.

In Waterset Classic Series, The Stratum is a fully furnished, one-story home with four bedrooms, three full baths and a three-car garage. It showcases a study and extended lanai within its 2,270 square feet of living space. The model home is located at 5346 Wolf Creek Drive and open daily for tours from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon - 6 p.m. on Sunday.
