Anthony D’Esposito: “Marjorie Taylor Greene, I respect her”

Anthony D'Esposito - one of the most vulnerable Republicans in the country - proudly said the following on CNN this afternoon: "Marjorie Taylor Greene, I respect her, I know that she works hard to represent her district."

As a reminder, in addition to being a leader of the MAGA movement, Marjorie Taylor Greene has a long history of spewing hateful and antisemitic rhetoric on multiple occasions.

This isn't the first time Anthony D'Esposito has praised Marjorie Taylor Greene or extreme members of the Republican Party.

In January, D'Esposito called Greene one of Congress' "good members" who is "working hard for this country." Then, just a mere two weeks after helping his fellow Long Island Republican lose a bellwether special election in February, D'Esposito endorsed four time indicted former president Donald Trump.
