Highridge Family Center Accepting 2022 Summer Youth Residents

​Palm Beach County Youth Services Highridge Family Center is currently accepting youth residents during the summer starting on June 13 and into the following school year. Highridge is a free, three-to-four-month residential treatment program for Palm Beach County Youth aged 11 to 16 who are experiencing difficulties within their home, school or community.


During the summer, Highridge runs Monday through Thursday, with residents returning home on Thursday afternoon. Summer school is offered on-site in partnership with the School District of Palm Beach County. A licensed psychologist supervises the Highridge Family Center with professional staff consisting of licensed clinical social workers, clinicians, family counselors, residential counselors and nurses. In addition to mandatory group, family and individual therapy, residents are offered a wide array of recreational activities. Highridge residents participate in art and outdoor activities through collaborations with the Norton Art Museum and Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department.Services are free for Palm Beach County families except for a $75 activity fee.
