In Northern California, the Davis Collection, which sits directly adjacent to the UC-Davis campus and is anchored by Trader Joe's, is being reimagined to create a retail and dining destination better suited for the adjacent University community.
The expansion will add approximately 90,000 square feet of new GLA and will include top-tier retailers and dining options to serve the Davis community.
Nordstrom Rack, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, Mendocino Farms, The Melt, and Urban Plates are just the beginning of this transformative new tenant line-up.
The project will also offer amenities such as EV charging stations, solar energy integration, and enhanced bicycle connectivity.
