Water Plant No. 2 Project Update

The City of Fair Oaks Ranch and Fair Oaks Ranch Utility are excited to announce the construction start for Water Plant No. 2 Upgrades. This project will install upgraded pumps, electrical equipment and a larger hydro-pneumatic tank to meet regulatory requirements. This project was funded by the Water Strategic and Capital Project fund and will assist in meeting future water demand in the southern part of our city. Expected completion is the summer of 2022. When traveling in the vicinity of Royal Ascot and Pintado Lane, please be aware of increased construction traffic in the area.
