Portion of Two Streets to Temporarily Close Beginning April 16

Portions of two streets will temporarily close beginning Tuesday, April 16. The closures are as follows:

• Eighth Street from "P" to "O" streets will be closed Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17 for crane work. The recommended detour is "O" Street to Canopy Street to "Q" Street.
• U.S. Highway 77 from Arbor Road to Waverly Road will be closed from 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 to 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 17 for traffic signal work. The recommended detour is Arbor Road to North 70th Street to Waverly Road.

Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around the closure. Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) appreciates the public's patience during this work. LTU project dates are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
