Go Metro to the L.A. Times Festival of Books this weekend!

The L.A. Times Festival of Books is back and this year's lineup is a who's-who of the biggest names in culture. Get inspired by events with José Andrés, Lauren Graham, John Green, Ariana Madix, RuPaul, George Stephanopoulos, Kerry Washington, Henry Winkler and more.

Join us the weekend of April 20-21 on the USC campus for an immersive weekend celebration of literature and storytelling. General admission is free and visitors have access to a wide variety of indoor and outdoor events for all ages. Think author interviews and panels, book signings, exhibitor booths, food and cooking demos, bilingual programming and more!

Visit latimes.com/fobto see the complete schedule.

The festival is easy to reach via Metro by taking the E Line and exiting at Expo Park/USC Station. If you are planning on taking Metro Bus Line 2, be on the lookout for the Festival of Books themed bus!

Visit our booth (020 Cardinal Zone) where we'll be selling limited edition bamboo TAP Cards for $2 each, just in time for Earth Day. Get them while supplies last.

Regular Metro fares are $1.75 for a one-way trip and include two hours of free transfers. Fares are paid with TAP cards, which are available for $2 at TAP Vending Machines at all Metro Rail stations. We recommend purchasing round-trip fare in advance to avoid waits at TAP machines after the event.
