Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 7:31 PM, Troopers arrested Kevin J. Williams, age 53, of 24 Henry Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02905 for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation, and the Providence Police Department locating the subject. Mr. Williams was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution where he will be held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 10:20 PM, Troopers arrested Johnathan F. Labreche, age 72, of 30 Howard Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Cranston Police Department for 1.) Obtaining Vehicles with Intent to Defraud; 2.) Forgery and Counterfeiting in General; and 3.) Giving False Documents to Public Officials. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.

At 10:22 PM, Troopers arrested Isaiah Ramirez, age 23, of 21 Rufus Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Pawtucket Police Department for 1.) Shoplifting; and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

At 10:36 PM, Troopers arrested Erving K. Colon Correa, age 28, of 34 Madison Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty; and 2.) Driving After Suspension of License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending morning arraignment, where he will be presented as a bail and probation violator.

At 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Cathrine E. Thomas, age 36, of 125 West Park Street, First Floor Apartment, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates; and 2.) Giving a False Document to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:04 AM, Troopers arrested Katrina Briggs, age 36, of 40 Ocean Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense; 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - Child Passenger Under 13 - First Offense; and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Public Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult, with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
