Dechert Advises Worldwide Flight Services in its Acquisition of Pinnacle Logistics
Dechert advised Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Management, in its acquisition of IAS Logistics DFW, LLC (d/b/a "Pinnacle Logistics"). Pinnacle Logistics is a leading provider of cargo handling services for the aviation market in the United States. Financial details were not disclosed.
Worldwide Flight Services is the world's largest air cargo handler and a leading provider of ground handling and technical services.
