Reference is made to the company announcement published by Catena Media plc (the "Company") on 26 March 2024 (ref. CAM 136) wherein the Company announced the publication of its 2023 annual report (the "March Announcement").
The Company would like to announce that the European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF") compliant version of its 2023 annual financial report has today been uploaded on the Officially Appointed Mechanism operated by the Malta Stock Exchange. As mentioned in the March Announcement, the ESEF-compliant report is also available on the Company's website (https://www.catenamedia.com/investors/financial-reports-and-presentations/). Moreover, the Company would like to inform the market that while the PDF version of the annual financial report annexed to the March Announcement is an exact copy of the ESEF-compliant version of the report, the said ESEF-compliant version is the official version in terms of applicable law and prevails in case of any questions or conflicts.
The Company would like to confirm that the Directors' Declaration on ESEF annual financial reports included in the March Announcement remains valid.
