Ahead of Mother's Day, marked in Russia on the last Sunday of November, Vladimir Putin will meet with mothers of military personnel serving in the special military operation.

Mothers of mobilised, voluntary, contract and professional military personnel currently serving in the Russian Armed Forces or in the special military operation zone, or undergoing tactical training and joint combat training, have been invited to the meeting.

Mother's Day is an international holiday marked in Russia since 1998, as per Presidential Executive Order No. 120.
