Announcement Regarding Reopening Clerk’s Offices to the Public

Effective July 6, 2021, the Clerk's Offices for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The Clerk's Offices remain open virtually during regular business hours, and the public may continue to access the Clerk's Offices by telephone at all times during regular business hours. Prior to their arrival, visitors are advised to review the COVID-19 related protocols for entering the offices in Springfield, Worcester, and Boston or to the call the main line at (617) 748-5300. As the Court continues to hold most hearings by telephone or video, parties are advised to read hearing notices carefully to determine the manner by which their hearing will be held.
