Novato Community Budget Workshop Available to View Online

On March 28, the City held an in person and virtual Community Budget Workshop at Novato City Hall and via Zoom. The workshop included a presentation on the budget development process, Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program, followed by a community Q&A.

Some of the topics discussed included:

• Fiscal Outlook & Revenue Sources;
• Ongoing Structural Deficit;
• Fiscal Year 2023/24 General Fund;
• Personnel Allocation;
• Capital Improvement Program goals; and more.
