View the list of sites below, grab your sneakers, and hit the trail. If you need more encouragement, check out these five reasons to join We Walk PHL today!

Five reasons to join We Walk PHL

1) Meet new people.

We Walk PHL provides an opportunity to make new friends who enjoy spending time outdoors.

2) You can do it for free.

There is no fee to join. You don't have to pay for a gym membership or buy a treadmill. Just grab a comfortable pair of shoes and get moving.

3) Enjoy nature.

Spring is the perfect time to get outside and breathe in some fresh air. Feel the warmth of the sunlight on your skin and listen to the birds sing. Relax and soak up some vitamin D.

4) Stay motivated.

Walking with a friend will hold you accountable. It will motivate you to be more active. You are more likely to reach your goal if a friend is cheering you on.

5) It's fun.

Walking in nature and chatting with a friend is a lot more fun than walking on a treadmill. Exercising doesn't have to be exhausting. Forget the sit-ups and go for a stroll in the park.
