Positive Declaration

Suffolk County - The Town of Babylon Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bristol Suffolk, LLC may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the subdivision of a 111,394 acre lot into two lots; Proposed Lot 1 is to be 100.14 acres and will be rezoned to a newly proposed zoning code of PIP-II (Planned Industrial Park-II), in order to construct an industrial technology park consisting of 9 buildings and totaling 1,617,471 square foot, along with associated site improvements; Proposed Lot 2 is to be 11.28 acres of undeveloped property to be retained by Pinelawn Cemetery. The proposal under review also includes the adoption of a new zoning district PIP-II. The project is located on the north east corner of Little East Neck Road and Long Island Railroad (LIRR) in Wyandanch, Town of Babylon, New York.
