Ambassador of Belarus S.Terentiev meets the Assistant Secretary General for International Political Affairs of the League of Arab States
22 June 2023On June 21, 2023 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the League of Arab States, Sergei Terentiev, met with the Assistant Secretary General for International Political Affairs of the League of Arab States, Khaled Manzlawiy.
The parties noted the friendly relations between Belarus and the Arab countries and constructive interaction within international organizations, stressed the coincidence of the positions of the parties on issues of the global and regional agenda.
Topical issues and promising areas of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the League of Arab States and its specialized institutions, in particular, in the spheres of agriculture, education, science and technology, as well as joint actions in the field of ensuring global food security, were discussed.
