GENTEXT/REMAKS/1. Purpose. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce selectees for the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) National Security Agency (NSA) Internship Programs listed in Reference (A).
2. Background. Eligible active-duty Occupational Field 26XX enlisted Marines across the Fleet Marine Force submitted application packages for the FY25 NSA Cryptologic Internship Program. As indicative of the quality of Marines who make up the Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise, the candidates possessed exemplary service records resulting in a highly competitive selection process.
3. Execution. The following Marines were selected to one of the following programs, Middle Enlisted Cryptologic Career Advancement Program (MECCAP), Military Intern Signals Intelligence Analyst Program (MINSAP), Military Language Analyst Program (MLAP), Military Operational Electronic Intelligence Signals Analyst Program (MOSAP), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP) specific administrative details follow below.

3.b. If a selectee does not meet minimum Time on Station requirements identified in reference (a), Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders and assignment to an internship program are dependent on an approved Time on Station waiver. Disapproved waivers will result in deselection from the program.
3.c. PCS orders will be issued by Manpower Management Enlisted Assignment-24 via seperate correspondence. Selected personnel will report to Company B, Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion (MCSB) (MCC: J39), Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, for duty during the fourth quarter Calendar Year 2024 (CY-24) with one exception: selectee for the MOSAP will report to Company A, MCSB, Aurora, Colorado (MCC: JB9) during the fourth quarter CY-24.
3.d. Personnel selected for MSAP are required to attend and graduate Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis course (CID: N2312J1) hosted at Center for Naval Cryptology, Corry Station, Pensacola Florida enroute to MCC: J39.
3.e. All personnel selected must ensure extension requests or re-enlistments to meet obligated service requirements for six (6) years have been approved prior to executing orders. Career Retention Specialists should ensure a copy of this MARADMIN is appended to their re-enlistment as justification for extended obligated service requirement.
3.f. Selected personnel must ensure their security clearances are current and are directed to complete a counterintelligence polygraph prior to reporting. Special Security Officer verification must be submitted with the re-enlistment package.
